The workmanship is excellent. They added zippers without my requesting them, for the originally requested price. Everyone at the company provided cheerful and caring service. They take their time filling larger jobs, so expect to plan ahead. Cannot recommend too highly, and will go to them for any future needs in this area.

Great! Proprietor and staff all very pleasant and helpful. The quality of the work was wonderful, and an excellent value for the cost. I did not have any deadlines or urgency, and the job took several more weeks to get to than originally discussed. They seem to be very busy. No problem for me as I really appreciated the quality once it was done.

This was an awful experience.  We asked to have an old recliner reupholstered, with some deep scratches in the wooden arms repaired and all the wood pieces refinished, and to have the seat of an old desk chair reupholstered with the leftover material.  He estimated two weeks.  His price was in line with the prices I was quoted at other small reupholstery shops in the area.
After three weeks I called and was told they were done.  He dropped off the recliner and desk chair two days later and I was shocked.  He had 1) stained the desk chair a different color without asking me, and now it doesn't match my desk (he didn't even do a good job, since the underside of the wood on the back, etc was not stained), and 2) stained the wood on the recliner the wrong color (darker than I had asked for), added decorative nails on the back that I didn't ask for, broken a piece on the handle for the recliner, and, most amazingly, forgotten to reattach two of the very large sidewings!  He claimed that the handle was broken before he got the chair, or that it gradually chipped off - his story kept changing - and that there were some extra pieces that were missing when he got the chair.  Both of these things were not true and I have photographs to prove it, which I showed him.  In the end he reattached the sidewings and gave me a lower-quality replacement piece for the handle he broke.  He did not deserve any payment for this fiasco but I told him to keep the 50% deposit and refund us the rest of our money, which he did, to make him go away. 
I would not recommend this person to anyone.

I found them on Angie's List. I like them a lot. They are very good. They are very thorough and good communicator. They have professionalism, an excellent service and good communication. When I contacted them, they came out within a day. The customer service and quality of work stood out to me.

Excellent results.  Gama sent me to Jo-Ann Fabrics 's to purchase fabric and told me the amount and quality.  The finished produce surpasses expectations.  Timely cost effective, and job well done.

The workmanship was very good, and the pair of  chairs are really beautiful.  I provided the upholstery fabric, so the cost of service just covers the labor.  I am very pleased with the results, and would whole-heartedly recommend Gama Upholstery.

Gama Upholstery did an excellent job recovering a large sectional couch in leather.  They replaced the padding in all cushions making the couch more comfortable to sit on.  They also refinished the base of the couch.  The couch looks better than new!   They worked very quickly and efficiently.   They improved the overall look of the couch.

Slightly hard to reach ... it is a small company and don't have a receptionist.... emphasize SLIGHTLY.  After initial contact, always punctual.  We took the chair seats to the shop, saw lots of beautiful work that was either completed or in process.  Picked up the seats as promised.

From the first phone call for general information we could tell that this was a  great place to take our chairs to be reupholstered. The first fabric we chose was out of stock and the second was too expensive for us. They did not rush us into making a fabric choice. We  stopped by a couple of times to see the progress and were greeted and given time and attention to discuss our project. The finished product is beautiful and we love them.

Spoke to Regulio about an estimate and he came over to look since he was only a couple minutes away from where I lived.  The first price he gave me was pretty high and not within my budget so I told him I'm going to have to pass.  He called back a couple hours later and offered a better price.  So I agreed.  It was still higher than what I wanted to pay, but I really liked the microfiber material he showed me.  He came by to pick up the sofa and said it will be ready in a couple of weeks and that I was more than welcome to come over and see the progress.  When the sofa was ready, he dropped it off and it looked stunning!  I was very happy with the end result.  He also added some new re-enforcements to the back and new legs.

Rogelio picked up the rocker at my residence at my convenience. About three weeks later the work was completed and the rocker was delivered to my home and carried upstairs. The work was comletely professionally done and looks beautiful.

Quality work at a fair price in a short amount of time. It was great.

This was the third time I have had items done by Rogelio. In the past two years he has also made a window seat cushion and summer slipcovers for a new sofa. Initially, I was worried when he was loading my new (expensive!) sofa unto a truck and taking it away that it might get dirty but I found that he is very conscientious. The slipcover fit perfectly and completely changed the look of the sofa for a more summery feeling. Back to the banquette- it looks great. My next project for him is a valance over a window.
