I feel comfortable in his morale and ethical standards. Knowing that he has been a Captain in the fire department makes me comfortable that he is a good leader. He is also a great leader in our church. He gives me good advice and makes sure everything is done correctly with attention to detail. He follows up with a punch list and his communication is very good.
