BIENPOL EUROPEAN CLEANING SERVICE

Kris's crew has been cleaning my house since Oct. 2008 until present. I went over all expectations with him before they started even putting them in writing. Kris is a very nice man but his crew are terrible housekeepers. 1)They would leave small rugs in place to wash the floors, 2)They never washed the floors, they only sprayed the cleaner on on the floor and then used a dry mop over the cleaner, 3)The top of the microwave was never cleaned. 4)I found items lost under the coffee table from months ago showing that they never moved the coffee table to vacuum the rug. I have given Kris ample opportunity to improve the work, but to no avail. I would not recommend using him.

They are very good. My expectations are high and they are very good at meeting it. It?s very easy to do business with them. They are not the cheapest but their quality of service is far too high than any local house cleaner?s. I have referred them to friends.

Kris responded promptly to my initial call. Their 2 girls arrived on time both times we have had them come. We really appreciated having 2 girls so the total cleaning time was less. They were very polite and nice, spoke English well enough for us to easily communicate, did a great job of cleaning a really dirty toaster oven, and worked consistently during the time they were here. The living room and kitchen areas had been recently cleaned, so mainly only light "maintenance" cleaning/dusting on those rooms was needed, which was mostly done ok to good. They had a lot of extra cleaning the first time to deal with two of the rooms (bedroom and guest bath), which hadn't really been cleaned in several months, so lots of accumulated dust/dirt in those rooms. They did manage to get much of those cleaned. However, there were many "basic cleaning" areas that were not cleaned or dusted at all, or not done well, which we found in our very quick check after they said they were finished (i.e., tops picture frames, light fixtures, vacuum of couch throws with cat hair, etc. The floor cleaning results were unsatisfactory. Even the mildest cleaning solution would have removed the dirt areas our shoes left on the floor from outside, and when we quick wiped with paper towel the many areas we found dirty after they had finished, the dirt was easily cleaned off with our quick wipe. And the floor corners around appliances in kitchen which were dirty hadn't been mopped at all. We told them to use our floor cleaning product next time, which they did, and the second visit cleaning was much better.

I was able to make an appointment at a time that worked for my schedule. Two people arrived (a bit late) with all the equipment they needed for cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, etc. They worked very steadily and conscientiously for a couple of hours, then called in a third person, as the job was clearly bigger than they had anticipated. The results were better than I had expected. For the number of hours worked and the number of people I consider the price to be appropriate. We have now moved into the house and I have asked Bienpol to do our regular cleaning.

They arrived exactly on time, & cleaned from top to bottom. They did all the floors (hardwood & carpet). Cleaned both bathrooms. Cleaned the kitchen including the refrigerator. Washed the window blinds & left the place spotless.
