Abel Balderas saved me when I needed to obtain a small dumpster to clear out shrubs and other junk that had accumulated around my house. The clearance had to be done in order to allow a fumigation tent to be erected to address a termite problem. His company was the only company that offered me a solution when no small dumpsters were available. Balderas brought a larger one and charged me for a limited amount of weight rather than for the entire dumpster. No one else that I spoke to, at least six other companies, offered any solutions. I hired Balderas Demolition to tear down my kitchen and haul everything away. From the very beginning Abel was an excellent communicator and that made the project start off very well. The work was done quickly and completely. When they found some mold on the drywall behind the sink they offered us some different approaches to handling the problem and maintained that great communication.
