It went well, 6 man crew, very efficient.

They broke my gate but fixed the next day! Ed their foreman, wasvery easy to work with and was very professional.

I tried many times to call and left a few messages but never got a call back. I finally spoke to a woman and asked about whether they could do my job and what price. She asked me to send her photos of the stump so I did. She said she would get back to me that day with a price (this was Friday.) I called later that day and got a man and when I explained what I needed he said the woman was gone for the day and that I couldn't get a price until Monday. When he finally came out to give us an estimate he quoted $300. When their man came to do the job he was surprised that they had charged us so much. We were happy with the job he did but not the price.

Great service, easy to schedule, big crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and left the yard clean afterwards. Very happy with the service.

These guys are great! A quote was provided the same day as I called. The price was very fair for the amount of work they had to do. The communication was excellent. They showed up on time and did a great job completing the work. I plan to use them for all of my tree needs!

They 'thin and shaped' 4 trees: Gingko, Liquidamber, Japanese Maple and Melaleuca. They also removed two small bushes. Excellent work done. Well worth the money. Very professional team of workers. Would readily hire them again.

I called several landscape companies in Orange County. They told me upfront that it would be a couple of weeks, but that was fine. They came, trimmed, and cleaned up on the day they set. I would definitely us them again.

First of all, VERY HAPPY with their work. Not happy with delays leading up to work. Estimate was prompt but actual work was delayed several days with multiple excuses. When work was actually performed, we were very happy with the quality and speed of their work. They did everything that we asked them to do. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after. Very happy with work and will hire again for further work. Would have rated higher, except for delays.

Excellent! Two people came on time, did the job professionally and quickly, and were friendly. Since he had to climb on the tree, he wore spiked shoes which do slight damage (dents) to the tree trunk. Next time, I will ask for a ladder to be used rather than spiked shoes, but you have to ask for it beforehand. They said they could do it that way, too.

They did a good job trimming the tree but they used spikes even though I stated at time of estimate not to use spikes. Most of the trimmings were cleaned up but some was left on my patio and patio cover.

Mr Weiser and his crew were prompt, courteous, efficient. The cutting involved some pretty thick limbs in the hedges and, if not doe correctly, the result would have looked less than desirable. Not only were the crew members successful in accomplishing this, they even trimmed the hedge so as to allow is a modicum of privacy while the hedge grew back in.

They were a little late, but we called and they showed up within 15 minutes. We removed 2 15 foot trees and grinded stumps, cut down 8 overgrown bushes and cut down 5 foot tall weeds. They also hauled away old items we wanted to get rid of with no extra charge. They were fast and awesome.

Arrived in time and made almost no mess

The crew showed up a hour late from appointment. I greeted them at the front yard and noticed the climbers we wearing spikes to climb the trees. I told them I'd have to cancel the job if they were going to use spikes to climb up the trees. I conveyed this to the foreman 3 times. I did not want spike holes scarring up the trunks of the queen palms. We had to leave the crew as we were late for a appointment. I felt a little apprehensive leaving, but this company had good reviews from Angie's List. When we came home the queen palms looked nicely trimmed and the clean up was good. The queen palms had spike marks after the 10 ft ladder mark. I could not believe they disregarded my instructions on using spikes to climb up the trees. I played phone tag with Bob for a few days and he finally talked to his foreman of 27 years and said there must of been a miscommunication on my instructions. I communicated very direct and enforced my wish that no spikes could be used while trimming the trees. My mistake is that I left a professional tree trimming crew unsupervised.
