Great it was fixed in a timely fashion.

The job was a combination of using some of the existing sprinkler lines and adding/replacing existing lines. It required some creativity and a willingness to work with use what could be saved and add new lines, including a drip system, where possible. I was very pleased with the results and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely use again if required.

It went well. My grass is coming back after the drought, and my backyard is looking good again.

Steve took my call on July 3rd and promised to call me the day after july 4th if they could not get out late on the 3rd. He did exactly that and promptly sent out his guys the morning of the 5th. It went extremely well. They sent out two fellows since it was an unknown as to what the problem really was. One guy (Petey?) got right to work digging up the area where the water had been freely flowing from and did a great job fixing it. Meanwhile Steve helped me tweak my lawn sprinklers which I knew needed a lot of work. I have had sprinkler repair companies out in the past and their input was worthless compared to the help Steve gave me. He wasn't overselling anything and merely replaced a few sprinkler heads and tweaked some pressures and straightened some crooked heads. He gave some options on how to address a couple of irrigation issues I had but there was no pressure for me to do anything. These guys are the best and I would highly recommend them for any sprinkler work. The cost was also extremely reasonable. They will definitely be by sole go to guys from now on!!!!!

Steve and Petey located a leak underneath a cement walkway and kept the costs very reasonable. They determined that the leak was not irrigation-related and came from a pressurized water line that my plumber then took care of. Their ability to locate and determine the source of the leak in a very tricky spot was fantastic. I appreciated their ability to problem-solve in an efficient manner. If I have any irrigation issues, I will definitely call them again.

The technician was on time, in fact a couple of minutes early. He did a great job replacing the solenoids and wiring. I would use them again!

The service was delivered in an efficient, professional, and prompt manner. Steve was able to diagnose most of the problems very quickly and repair then immediately. He then proceeded to find and solve a difficult tree root disruption energetically and quickly!

They did a terrific job. Explained options before starting, and recommended an approach which I agreed with. Work was done as promised in one afternoon. Very satisfied.

Great! Efficient and honest , Steve came out same day and found that the leak under some new pavers was actually a missing sprinkler head. Replacement of the missing part and rewiring a valve in the front yard fixed another non-functioning stage. He checked the box which was functioning properly (I had been told by someone else that it needed replacing along with other work for $1,200!) No service call fee and... all this in under an hour and only $110!

Not pleased with results - grass is uneven and sections have sunk creating valleys. Covered existing sprinklers causing watering issues.

Although the problem isn't fully resolved yet it's apparent to my wife and I that Steve knows what he's doing and he's committed to solving the problem.  We're in the process of scheduling a day for him to come back out and complete the job.  

My wife and I appreciate the fact that he's looking for the least expensive, but highly effective solution.  His hourly rate isn't cheap, but the old adage is true: you get what you pay for.  The only real challenge with Steve is that he's super busy; no doubt a reflection of his abilities and the power of word-of-mouth advertising from other happy customers.

He's also a certified arborist who provided us with a very reasonable bid for trimming/pruning our trees.  We're going to have him come out in the fall to take care of our trees.

I'll report back further after the sprinkler problem is put to rest and also in the fall after he's trimmed our trees.

Everything works fine now

Steve provided a thorough assessment of the sprinkler system, including the valves and electrical and was able to solve the wiring problem I had in a fairly quick timeframe.  I rated a C on Responsiveness because it took almost a week to get a return call. But the actual work done was A-rated.

I called around 7 AM.  Steve came out before 9.  He sent a man to do the work around 10 AM.  The work was done around noon.  Everything seems OK.  I am well satisfied.  I will use this company again.

I first spoke with Steve and explained the situation.  Even  though they were under a lot of pressure and time constraints due to fallen trees in the area, he freed up Mike and sent him over.

A little history is needed - our sprinkler system has been a problem for 17 years.  We have had repairs, replacements, new equipment and so on.  I had heard so many different explanations of the problem, my head was spinning.  

I explained the symptoms over the phone to Steve.  Mike showed up, right on time, and looked over our system.  In a short time, he knew what the problems were, showed me step by step what needed to be done.  He explained all of this in terms i could understand.

Mike proceeded to fix the problems and for the first time in years, we have a sprinkler system that works.  It was not the huge undertaking others had proposed.  It took Mike a couple of hours to complete the work.

I could not be more pleased with the work done by OC Sprinkler Repair.  I would recommend them very highly to anyone with sprinkler needs.

We hired AAA TreeCare to remove a fallen tree and trim up are other trees that we had in the yard. Steve worked with our schedule that kept changing due to the weather. He also gave us a very fair quote. He was courteous and helpful throughout the process. When his Steve and his crew arrived to do the tree work, they were professional, on time, and did everything we asked, and trimmed and cut the trees exactly the way we wanted. The trees did't even look like they were just trimmed. When the trimming was done, they cleaned up all of the cuttings and sawdust. The yard looked as clean as it ever had when they left. They did a magnificent job. I would recommend Steve and AAA Tree Care for any tree trimming job. I've never worked with such a professional and skilled
crew. Why would you want anyone else that was second rate when you can have the best.
