I tried a different contractor for my roof first.  They wanted over $2,800.00 to replace the valleys, replace a few broken tiles, replace a ridge cap (of which I had), and caulk some flashing.  They didn't show up when they said or even call, so I then called Robert.
Turns out the valleys didn't need to be replaced (I just need to keep them cleaned out).  Robert glued the broken tiles, replaced the ridge cap and caulked the flashing all in about 15 minutes.  He didn't even charge me!  I tried to pay him, really!  How awesome is that!?

Contacted the person, who I assume is Robert, and he showed up on time as promised. Took mesasurements of the house and said he would be in touch with me with an estimate. I never heard back.

"I mailed a proposal to (deleted member name) the following day with the details of the work to be performed and the prices for each building he wanted roofed. I apologies if (deleted member name) did not receive the proposal. I would not have wasted the gas or time going to his house if I wasn't going to give him a estimate. I usually do not follow up on proposals that have been sent out, because I do not want to bother people, and give them the time to make their decision. I appreciate this review because I will start calling customers to ensure they have received their proposals. Thank you, Robert Freeman"

Once he came for the estimate, the job was completed professionally and quickly.  It did take me several follow up calls to get him to come and prepare the estimate however.

There was nothing I didn't like.  He was very prompt, efficient and one nice thing was he was less expensive than the other roofers we contacted.
