I did not get an advance estimate. Instead, the owner sent Miguel out to do the job two days after I spoke with someone from his office by phone. That concerned me somewhat as I didn't know whether the projected charge would be acceptable to me.
Their communication needs a little work. An office assistant returns calls in response to messages that you leave. Depending upon the content of your message, you might not receive a call back, however, they always respond to a direct request to complete a job.
Overall they did a good job. They know their stuff, they do it in a timely manner and the charge is fair.

I have had this company do pervious work for me and was very please, so I called them again for some minor adjusting around my house. Again, I was very pleased. Bennie the Service Tech came out, it was the first time I had meet him, he was very pleasant. He walked with me as I was explaining to him what I needed done and he went right to work! He explained everything to me when he finished and I was very satisfied. Pricing was very fair! I just can't say enough about this company!
