The company is easy to deal with, easy to schedule.
The tech was on time, professional and pleasant.
We were fully prepared to pay for services to deal with a pest problem.
Instead, he said we had done enough to take care of the problem ourselves, and gave several additional steps to do going forward. They could easily have charged us and performed services and we never would have known it was unnecessary.

He came out and did an inspection after I found termite damage in my home. After checking the place over thoroughly, he confirmed that I had sub-terranian termites coming in from the ground. He explained how they live just above the water table and how they sense the wood above and use the tunnels to travel. He told me exactly how they would treat it and which chemical they would use and how it works to destroy the colony. I felt great after his assessment because it matched exactly what I had researched on the internet prior to the inspection. He then gave me the estimate.
onHe showed up a half hour earlier than the appointment to apply treatment and worked all morning. Because I have a concrete foundation, and each room has joints (it's a very old house and it was built room by room) holes needed to be drilled throughout. When he was done, all the holes were filled and the entire outside of the house was soaked with the treatment. I can truly rest assured that the termites will be wiped out and won't be back any time soon. And it cost me a lot less than I thought it would going into it!

The price for every three months is $94, I am really pleased with the price. They are very good at following up and getting back with you. The quality of service is also good.

They are punctual. I don't have any problems with them. If I call them out for ants or anything, they come out. They are professional and do quality work. I feel their pricing is competitive.

They come in regularly every other month. They are here always when they say are going to be. They send me a little post card to tell me which day they would come because I have dogs and I want to keep them in on the day that they spray the yard. They always give me advance notice so I know that I have to keep the dogs safe. I had a problem with mice one time and they were just great. They came here and took care of it for me. There was a modest extra charge but they weren't far and beyond that charge. They were great. They have some turn over with their service staff. When the new man came in, he took the time to come out from the front door and introduce himself. He asked me if I had any concerns or questions. I'm very pleased with them. They are ongoing for a while now.

They are nice, and they come out on a regular basis. If you need treatment in between, they will come out no questions asked.

I loved them. The guy is great.
