The job went better than expected and came in on time and at a very fair price. Disruption to tenants was kept at a minimum and no complaints. All phase made sure the job site was cleaned up and made safe every day. David communicated with us every day as to progress and what could be expected and more importantly what might be unexpected. This "best to worst scenario" helped us with keeping the tenants informed and things running smoothly and they did. We were pleased with the attention to detail, courtesy to our tenants, the quality of the work, the ability and knowledge to complete the job on schedule, the daily communication and of course the fairness, honesty and value in regards to the final cost.
