Advance Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Advanced carpet showed up days before thanksgiving, we were having a party. Carpet looked fine and the price was very reasonable.  They cleaned 2 bedrooms 1 living room and stairs.

Kyle did a super job! He arrived on time and let us know what he was doing each step of the way. He was super curteous, very professional.
The carpets were in pretty sad shape. He wasn't able to get out the stains in one room, but he sure tried! He sprayed stain remover and cleaned the carpet at least twice! At least I know the carpets are clean!
I would use Advance Carpet again, no problem!

They were acceptable and quick. They did a beautiful job they showed up on time. Out of all the pieces done there was a small area that was forgotten that upset me a little.

absolutely excellent job, except after they left I found two small spots that didn't get cleaned. I left message with the Answering Service the next day, Saturday. A month later, no one has called. I probably should call again, but shouldn't have to. If I do, I'll submit another report. Overall the work was great. It's not right though that if they oversaw a couple of small areas they need to make good on it. I'd be happy to wait a week for them to work me into their work load in my area.
