It went excellent.

John arrived right on time. He tried to shut off the water to the toilet but the shut off valve wouldn't work. We agreed that he would repair the shut off valve. He made all the repairs and left. That evening, the toilet wouldn't shut off again. We called him but he said that he wouldn't come back until we tore about all the cabinetry so he would have better access to the toilet tank. We said that we didn't want to tear up the cabinet. We asked him for advice on how to adjust the flapper so the toilet wouldn't leak. He gave us a suggestion. We tried that and it didn't work. We called again and he gave us something else to try. We tried for 3 months to repair what should have been fixed. Finally we bought new parts and replaced what John had put in and we haven't had any trouble since then.

They are ok, but price wise they are a bit pricier. We have been their customer for quite a while. They have been ok so far as their service is concerned but as I told you they are pricier. I am happy because he does things and explains it to me when I ask questions. He wears booties and I dint have to tell him but he did, which is like the first time I have seen one wear those in my house. I was about to tell but I forgot about it. I was happy with the last one who came as he wore those. I will refer them to other family members and friends, it’s just that the cost is pricier but as far as the service is considered I like it and they deliver. On punctuality they always give us a window saying from this hour to this hour but the last one came in a bit earlier than expected. I am using them again as we are having the maintenance being done by them after they have done our bathroom.
