This is rental property I mange and the tenet was due to move in on the Monday Nov 28th, we discovered this issue of the falling and just hanging on tile the Wednesday 22nd, right before Thanksgiving! After calling a general contractor, who advised he was unavailable, I called Turner Tile and spoke with William. He was prompt in the response to the call out, gave an estimate on the spot as well as describing in detail the way in which he felt the job would be best done and how it would be completed, and dispite it being the Thanksgiving Weekend, he understood the urgency of the issue and came out on the SUNDAY to fully complete the work. He was there on time, removed all the old tile, completed the job (which looked AMAZING!) and cleaned up after himself as if he had never been there.
