It went fine, they were on time. They gave me a window between 8-10 and arrived 10 minutes after 8, which I liked! It took them less than a half hour to replace. The gentleman was very polite and I didn't have to give any assistant.

VJ used high tech tools, like a camera to find exactly what and where the problem was and he fixed it. The clogged pipe was opened and I do not have a problem with that bathroom ever since. I was extremely satisfied with his job and if we need plumbing service, we call him. I will recommend him 100 %. He knows his job from A to Z and most importantly, he is a professional, kind and a courteous man.
