Kathryn and Tony epitomize the ideals of "personal service." They are not a franchise real estate office and when you deal with them you feel (even if you are not ) THAT YOU ARE THEIR ONLY client. We listed with them and all those steps were carefully explained and the paper work was basically a cinch with their "hand holding." It has been a very 'safe' experience from start to finish.
Once listed they conducted numerous 'open houses' (we did not use a lock box) and one or the other were always present with personal touches (light snacks, drinks, flowers and so forth). Being multi-linquistic the number of potential buyers is enhanced and we had a large number of very interested viewers. Of course the home sold and, in this time of lower real estate values, very near our asking price.
Every effort was made by The Realty Connection to make the 'legal' processes behind home sales in CA as simple and painless as possible. Kathryn and Tony are parents, they have 'another' life besides selling real estate and helping people meet that "American Dream" but they were NEVER unavailable. The fact that they 'understand' family, raising kids and all that such entails adds to their value and ability. At no time did we feel alone, unaided or unawares of all that selling 'today' entails.
We would, without reservation, recommend the Realty Connection Real Estate Office and Kathryn and Tony. Honest, professional, very friendly and outgoing and personable! I don't think you can do better, honestly you will not be disappointed!
