+ -1 moreWe have two gas fireplace inserts. One was leaking gas so I called Fireside BBQ and Appliances because we bought it from one of their two stores. They recommended Ara. He responded the first call and came over to look at the fireplace. He said well it needs a part that you will have to order. My services are $250. He asked for $150. I asked why because it’s not repaired. I knew it wasn’t working. He said that he would back and finish the repair when we get the part. He seems to have fallen off of the earth because I have called, texted and called. He has not responded. Basically, I paid for him to tel me it’s not working. I would never use this company.
