SO-CAL HEATING & A/C

Right away, Damian told us that he does not work with our type of blower so he couldn't help with the rattling.  He promised to get a quote for the other two jobs within a week.  After a week and a half, two weeks, I called looking for the quote but he never picked up or returned the call.  So I emailed him and got a reply to call him.  So I called yet again and he never picked up or returned the call.  Not sure why he wasted time to come out to the house if he was never going to bid for the project anyhow.

Wow!  Despite the heat waive, I called So-Cal and told them what the problem was with my air conditioning compressor.  I was told that they were very, very busy and not to expect a call today.  However, within 90 minutes, they called back and told me that Damian was on his way.  He showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the fan motor, and was on his way.  He even looked at the filter in the heating unit and provided me with new ones to make the system run more efficiently. 

No chit chat, no moving slowly.  Damian was in and out.  Very professional.  We are looking to replace our old HVAC system and will definitely be looking to his company.

He didn't charge for the last visit but he has done work on our previous house and his rates are good. They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive either. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They are very honest, very skilled and very dependable. We thought we needed something and he said we didn't. They put the a/c unit in our previous house and it went really well. We've never had a problem. We would use them again. We have dealt with Damian and he is great. He is usually who we call.

They are very easy to do business with. They sold me only the services that I needed. They are not pushy or only interested in making a sale. They are very friendly people.
