He patched wood rot areas and painted to protect the exterior.

We were extremely satisfied with the contractor's performance. The entire job took only two days to complete. Overall, the workers were meticulous in their preparation; they masked all door knobs, removed plastic covers from outlet plugs and vents, covered and moved all furniture with plastic sheeting and secured paper to our wooden floors prior to placing their drop cloths. Furthermore, window coverings were removed and replaced after the work was done. Upon completition of the work, they cleaned up so well it was difficult to determine that they had painted!
 
Mr. Osvaldo Reyes is the owner of the business. He is the consumate professional. Oswaldo has over eleven years experience as a painting contractor and assisted us to pick the correct paint colors to match or furniture and decor. He uses Dunn Edward paints in his work.

Our first experience with this contractor was in 2003 when he painted the interior and exterior of our home. Since we no longer have that invoice, I do not recall the complete price for the work he did for us in 2003. My rememberance is that the price was extremely fair and the tasks required five or six days to complete. Then as now, we were completely satisfied with the results.
