Joe's a truly decent guy with a lot of skills. He WILL get your job done. His pace is whatever it needs to be; he's not the guy to call when you need a big job done by tomorrow. But if there's a leak or something, no worries, he gets that done today, right now. On a normal job, however, it's a much more relaxed pace. This is made up for by his rather shockingly low hourly rate. The quality at the end, however, is exceptional. Your house WILL work, WILL look good, and be done right and up to code.
I highly recommend you give this handyman a try. I'm adding him to Angie's List, cause up until now he's just been a great secret handed around by JPL engineers by word of mouth. He deserves a lot more recognition.
