When he found a problem, he actually advised that I take it to the dealer rather than have him fix it, as I had just purchased it. He doesn't try to to rip me off. He's very honest.

The service is good. He uses genuine Honda parts. They let you know what is wrong and check with you before taking it upon themselves to fix it. He gives you advice on what needs to be repaired right away and what can wait in order to help you stay within whatever you budget may be. The staff are good an if you need a ride home or to work he will take you.

Jason gives his customers great care and attention. He explains the work, if it can wait he'll do so, will pick you up or take you home, and if there's a small thing to be done, it's sometimes without charge. I was housebound after some surgery several years ago, and he came to my house and picked up and replaced a dead battery for me. His staff are very skilled and friendly, and most have been with him for years. This speaks volumes about how good he is to the people in his life...genuinely a great guy. I don't know if my next car will be a Honda or another make, but I do know that I'll be taking it to Jasons.

I  needed a repair on my car and not having a mechanic, I wasn't
sure where to go.  My car is no longer manufactured which is also an
issue. A friend of a friend recommended Jason and had her car (the same
kind) worked on at his shop. She was very pleased, so based on that and
all the positive reviews I took the car in to be seen.
I'm very happy I did.  Very honest, fair price and I felt I could entrust my car
there.  I've found my mechanic....granted, I hope I never have to
actually go there again but in the event of a needed repair I would not
hesitate. This was due to the car stalling and it ended up needing spark plugs, fuel filter plus some other items.
Some places make you feel like a number and a burden.
 Jason was courteous, helpful and even had a driver (Bradley, who was
also very nice) to bring me home and pick me up when the car was done.
 I was very impressed. I don't know who actually did the work on my car,
but it was done well and professionally.

he does a great job, a bit pricey but the work is good and guaranteed.I do not get the work done as promised and had to wait a long time. he used to be a wonderful mechanic and owner but seems some things have changed , like the prices leap up, and now my brakes need adjustment and he can never do the job the same day even with an appointment. Hos work is good though.

First of all Jason gives terrific service.  We've gone to him for years and it has never wavered. He did everything that we asked and checked out my brake pads too.  I would recommend him to anyone.

He is great.  If I need anything they take care of it well.  They are honest and efficient.  It is a well run operation.  The pricing is good.  I would be devastated if they ran out of business.

He always does a very good job.  I've been taking my car there for about 3 years now.  He's very honest and very personable as well. 

Jason was great he was able to schedule my service on a Saturday. He explained what usually needed to be replaced, checked, etc. and gave me an estimate (which was less than what another mechanic quoted me). He said he'd check everything first and call me to let me know what he recommended. It was what I expected so I had him do the work. Jason was very friendly, professional and he did a great job. He mentioned I'd likely need new brake pads soon too but said I could wait for next oil change so he made a note. I will absolutely take my Pilot to him for service again.

I really liked them. They seemed honest and dependable. I would use them again. The price seemed okay; I don't have any experience with the Hondas. I am going to go see them again tomorrow.

Finally found an honest, competent mechanic! Very friendly and straight-shooting. Work is quick and very good. Won't pad the bill, and if you live nearby they'll drive you home when you drop off your car. Jason knows Hondas inside & out. Great shop.

Simply one of the best service providers in any field. Jason Abbott and his team, many of whom are very long-time employees, are superb, knowledgeable, honest professionals. Jason will tell you when you really should not replace or repair something or suggest you go to the dealer for warranty work, even if that means he doesn't perform the work. They have consistently gone way above and beyond in customer service. I now bring non-Honda/Acura cars to them, which they service with the same effortless excellence they use on hondas. I wouldn't trust my cars to anyone else (even for routine oil changes) although they are not the closest repair shop. Just the best you will find.

This is outstanding company. I have been using them for several years now, and I would give them A's in every single category that there is. I really trust them. They are completely honest. They do the work on time and they will go the extra mile for you.

We have used their services for a number of years. He will diagnose the problem and then give you an estimate. If he finds out what is wrong he will ask if you want it worked on or not, and if not he will give you your car back and away you go. He will not try to sell you anything that you do not need. They are all friendly.

They have trouble working on it sometime because it's a Subaru instead of a Honda. I find them very reliable though. I use them right now and I would recommend them.

The quality of work and the prices that they charge here I feel are even better than the dealership. It is very easy to get in for an appointment and they are extremely responsive. This company is also customer oriented and the customer service is great as well.

They always do a great job and if something is wrong afterwards, Jason is quick to fix it. He is usually there himself or his brother, Randy is there. Several of my friends take their cars to him because they always get good service. The only downside is that you have to make an appointment to bring in your car unless it is an emergency because they are always busy.
