+ -1 moreI WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE A BATTERY WITH THEM. AFTER TWO DAYS I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THAT BATTERY WAS ON ORDER. THEN THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SIGN A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR 35.00 JUST FOR THE BATTERY. I FINALLY GOT THE TIME CLOCK ON THE 18TH OF JUNE. THE NEXT MORNING TIME CLOCK WAS SHOWING SAME ERROR. COME TO FIND OUT THE BATTERY WAS STILL NOT CHARGING DUE TO THE PLUG BEING TRIPPED.
Description of Work: I CALLED DCS TIME CLOCKS ON 5/10/05 TO REPAIR MY TIMECLOCK. THE ERROR MESSAGE SAID LOW BATTERY. THIS UNIT HAS A RECHARGABLE BATTTERY. THEY DID NOT HAVE A BATTERY WITH THEM SO THEY HAD TO TAKE THE TIME CLOCK WITH THEM. PROMISED TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
