Our experience with this company was horrendous. Our HOA contracted with Michael Morris' group at Bienek Roofing to replace our flat roof on November 28, 2012. The very next day, our area experienced rain as did the inside of home. Three separate rooms in our house began leaking upon the onset of the rain. This included our newly renovated master bathroom. Mike Morris indicated we were his top priority however did not come to tarp our house until 4 days later. He indicated that the cause of the roof failure was due to defective materials. Two separate roofing inspectors have come to our home to provide an evaluation of the work done. Both inspectors indicated the roof was not properly completed. I also went to the City of Newport Beach to inquire if a permit needed to be pulled on this type of project. They indicated yes, one was needed however not pulled on our house. Our HOA has now filed a claim with his insurance to have the roof redone as well as the interior of our home fixed. I would NEVER recommend using this outfit.
