ANDERSON TREE EXPERTS

Anderson Tree Experts thinned out several very tall pines trees in our yard. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after they were done. They were good about communicating with our neighbors to keep everyone happy.

Our HOA has used Anderson in the past to trim the trees on our property, and were very happy with their work, so we asked them to bid again for our bi-annual tree trimming.  There are 34 trees on the property, so it is a substantial job.  Randy came to walk the grounds with me and give me his perspective on the health of the trees, which ones needed trimming, which ones were beyond saving because of the drought, and which ones were in stress and needed an expert to treat them to hopefully save them.
Two other tree services came to bid and gave their input as well.  Anderson was not the least expensive, but Randy was by far the most knowledgeable and saw things the others didn't.  One example was the damage to two of our trees because of the way our neighbors hacked the limbs that had grown over the fence.  He took his time appraising the state of our trees, and how much he cares for trees was apparent.  Anderson got the job and was well worth what we paid.
Collette was very helpful and available regarding scheduling and handling questions.  Randy and his crew were on time, professional, responsible, and cleaned up our grounds after they finished.  He walked me through, showed and explained what they did and why, and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
The HOA will definitely use Anderson Tree Experts again.  They live up to their name.

Randi came out and gave an estimate for four trees. We arranged a date with Collete. The crew arrived on time, pruned the trees, cleaned up and left. The trees look great and I am happy. The climbers have been with Anderson for many years and are expert in their skills.

The projects with Anderson always go very well. The crew arrived on time, prepared the property before starting the tree pruning (removed all floodlight bulbs and hardscaping, covered all structures and walls with tarps for protection) and was meticulous in cleaning up. The trees look great.

Colette asked and answered lots of question upfront. Randy (supervisor) arrived on time to est. job. Quote was lowest of 3. Needed to wait a few days to hear back from Colette to book job. Crew arrived on time, and did exactly what was expected. Great job.

We indicated our desire several times, to several people, including the morning of the work to the person in charge, that we did not want our tree ''butchered''. That we were concerned about how it will look after they are done and we were not interested in the tree being severely cut back. We were assured each time that our wishes would be respected. The person in charge communicated to his workers and then actually left the job site. When they were done, our beautiful tree, the only tree of substance in our yard, which provides shade for our house, was demolished. We communicated our concern to various representatives, with various responses from ''it's your fault too!'', to a very professional acceptance of responsibility and offer to not charge us. These are good people, but did poor work. They have made amends, but our tree and our yard suffer. Advice - make sure you know what your tree will look like when they are done. Ask for photos, make sure you over communicate your needs.

THE OWNER HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND ABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I MIGHT HAVE. THE COMPANY DOES GOOD WORK ON THE TREE TRIMMING.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR 15 OR 16 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE ALSO LOCAL, AND I LIKE TO USE LOCAL PEOPLE WHEN I CAN. PLUS, THEY ARE INSURED.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED, AND I RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY NICE. THERE WERE THREE OF THEM AND THE MAN IN CHARGE. THEY ALL WERE PERFECT PEOPLE. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, AND THEY WERE VERY RESPECTABLE.

THIS COMPANY PERFORMED THE WORK PROMPTLY WHEN REQUESTED AND THEY DID GOOD WORK AND THEY LEFT THE ENTIRE AREA OF THE YARD IN GREAT SHAPE NO MESS ANYWHERE. I WOULD DEFINITELY WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.
