I met Gary about 2 or 3 years ago. I found out he did loans and since I do real estate I wanted to get an idea of what he had to offer. He really explained everything completely from start to finish every time. The last loan he was able to refi and pull out about 100k on a property where nobody else could even touch it. I showed an independent loan officer all the loans that he did for me and she said that they were all good with no extra or excessive charges (or hidden charges). People I have referred to him (friends and family) love him. Gary is top notch. I have used other loan officers in the past. There is so much rip off in this field but not with Gary.
