They were very knowledgeable. The person was quick to show me what it was and showed me some samples. He gave me some indication of what the pricing would be. Then he gave me a whole list of contactors that could do the job. They have a lot of inventory. I have got a lot of things to look at and choose from. The person that I dealt with was pretty knowledgeable. He was an older gentleman. He was very approachable, very warm and more than anxious to help. There was no pressure on trying to sell me anything. I didn't look at comparable pricing. Responsiveness was fine and there was no problem with it.

It was the best home improvement experience that we ever have. We have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. The guy delivered the material ( It has been four months, and I should have write down his name.) was so professional and highly skilled. He drove his three wheels all wheel-drive peggysue and moved material through very tight space and uneven dirt surface. We were so amazed by his equipment and skills. He was extremely accommodated to where we need to place those materials.
We ordered a lot of material, and there was no mistakes in our orders. It was very easy to order over the phone. They all tried to help as much as they can.
We have owned our tahoe home over ten years now, and it has not been easy to find good contractors for our vacation home in Tahoe. This is the first time that we feel really confident and comfortable about a company in this area.
