+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN ADEQUATE JOB, AND WERE RESPONSIVE, HOWEVER, WAS NOT IMPRESSED THAT THEY CHARGED $90 TO SAY THAT THE WASHING MACHINE WAS OLD AND TIRED AND NEEDED A $250 OVERHAUL. WE DIDN'T NEED TO PAY $90 FOR THAT OPINION. WE STILL DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAD THE FLOOD, THEY DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING.
Description of Work: ACCESSED THE WASHING MACHINE, THEY TEST RAN IT AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS WHICH WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE MINOR FLOOD WHICH NECESSITATED CALLING THEM OUT FOR THIS RENTAL, ON AN EARLIER OCASSION THEY FIXED THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
