KEEPIN IT CLEAN

I used this company several times and I took it on faith that they did a good job of cleaning. The last (final) time I used them I visited my home afterwards and it was really dirty, there wasn't a clean surface in the house, countertops, floors, mirrors. I spent a day cleaning it myself thinking that they hadn't come yet. Then I got the bill. It was more than our agreed upon amount for a guest clean. When I questioned it, because it didn't look like anyone had actually cleaned anything, the only response I got was that I was a difficult customer and the place was in tip top shape and there was no dialog or admission that anything could possibly be wrong. In addition to that I was threatened with a collection agency if I did not pay the full amount. So if you are an unsatisfied customer there is no recourse, only threats. I would have been embarrassed to rent the house in the condition I found it, and i feel lucky that I was able to visit prior to the next guest's arrival. With a vacation home you're guests will treat it with the respect that you do. If they find it dirty they will most likely treat it poorly.
