On-time and friendly, professional service for my mother-in-law's home in Truckee, CA. Highly recommended. So far (at end of August) no ants and no rodents!

They are good at working with customers to get the level of pest control you want. They are sensitive to customer's needs regarding chemicals. They are good at explaining what they are doing and are extremely responsive. We had found mice droppings and reached out to them. They came out and discussed a treatment plan with us. They set glue traps for two days to see if there was in fact an issue. They came back to verify and found there wasn't a problem after all. We have been using them for approximately four years.
