I am a general contractor (CA license #894393) with 20 years experience in the building trades, now doing small repairs and renovations. (Health reasons no longer allow me to do larger jobs.) * NO HIDDEN COSTS! Most jobs are performed by a written quote, so you know exactly what the job will cost, up front. * EMERGENCY CALL OUT'S OKAY! We deal with the emergency, then assess the situation. * CONSULTATIONS ARE FINE! Need a second opinion? Not sure what to do? I used to do green design build. I've (probably) seen it all! * PAY YOUR WAY: I take MC, VISA, Google Wallet, PayPal, and Bitcoin! Call, email, or text. (I don't bite! Promise.)

Services we offer

I now do everything from small repairs to minor renovations. As a former design build contractor, I can also offer help navigating the byzantine permit system, including coming up with the working drawings necessary to get your project permitted. If you need a second opinion, I also offer consulations.

Services we don't offer

Unfortunately, for health reasons, I can no longer do major construction: new construction, additions, or major remodels -- though I *can* manage such projects for you, if you wish to make sure you are being treated honestly and fairly.
