HE WAS TIMELY & VERY EFFICIENT. IT WAS A WONDERFUL IMPROVEMENT OVER WHAT THE CARPETS LOOKED LIKE BEFORE. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF SPOTS THAT DID NOT COME OUT, BUT I HAD NOT HAD MY CARPETS CLEANED IN YEARS & HAVE A PET.

THIS COMPANY GIVES YOU GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK PRIOR TO THEM LEAVING YOUR HOME.

WISE CARPET ASSURED US THEY WOUDL BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE SMELL OF CIGERETTS FORM THE CARPET. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY REMOVED THE SMELLS AND ALL THE STAINS IN THE TRAFFIC AREAS. THEY CARPET LOOKS AND SMELLS NEW AGAIN.
