Alain was very professional and did a great job. He diagnosed the issue with my water heater within minutes and even called the company to check warranty. Luckily it was still in warranty and he got the parts ordered and came back and fixed it for us. Highly recommend his service.

Alanis came out to complete the job a previous contractor messed up. He was very efficient and communicated to me exactly what was done wrong and what he would do to fix it. He went and got parts and got the job done right away. He did a great job. I would definitely call them again, You can't beat great service these days. JOB WELL DONE!!

Prompt reply and visit. Diagnosed issue as being a City connection and responsibility. Service call fee was reasonable and I was provided with video and written issue on invoice in case it was needed.
