I like that it is a family owned hardware store and not a big chain. Everybody who works is very personable, friendly and they remember my name. They will call me by my first name when I go in and say good morning and ask how I am doing and if I had a good weekend. Their prices are very competitive and they honor a big chain of discounts. Their ordering process is very fast if need something that they don’t have.
