I THOUGHT STANDARD PACIFIC WAS GREAT. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE & I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK. THE HOUSE WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE AGREED TIME FRAME.
