These girls are awesome. Fast but detailed. They get every nook and cranny. Love the personal service. Janet is always on top of things. Highly reccommend!

Service was good at the beginning but then was not as thorough as the first few month.  We accidently forgot to send out payment check once, and received a very nasty message from owner.  She was very accusatory and didn't even give us a chance to say that we just accidently forgot and would send it out immediately.  It was very unprofessional.  She may have been having a bad day, as this was the only time we really had this problem with her.  The other times, she was very friendly and flexible.  But this one outrage was too much for us and did not want to have to deal with it again if we happen to forget sending out the payment.

It went great. I think they were a little high in pricing.

They came over to my home with 5 people. I have a small house, but I felt like it was fair since I had a lot of clutter. I could not keep up with them, but I was really grateful. In 4 hours they cleaned some of it and I let them know not to mess with my plumbing. I really didn't want them to mess with turning on the water in the kitchen. I really appreciated them.  After they had left I noticed some of the trash items were not actually trash. It made me feel frustrated because I felt like someone was taking short cuts. I did not ask them to come back after I had seen them throw away important mail and items from the kitchen. Another thing is out of the five people only one of them spoke english. It was hard to communicate with them as well. Overall I was grateful at the time, but I feel like I would not have them back to my home.

They are very thorough. The price, quality, punctuality, and professionalism are great. I will continue to use them in the future.
