Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
I hate this store. These people don't have any clue what they are doing. Their order fulfillment place which means they have a store front but a warehouse for products. Their warehouse is horrific. They shipped wrong and damaged products. I had 8 orders and every single order was either wrong or damaged. Their rods are really expensive, their price point is really high. It's a big chain, they have a special clientele and their products are way over priced. I went to buy a rod there and I ended up getting the wrong one. I needed an 84 inch and they gave me a 96 inch rod. I got home and looked at the tag on the drape and find that it's another stores panel. I went back to that store and found it's discontinued and the price there is $29 compared to Restorations price of $99 so I returned it then went back to the other store and bought it for cheaper. I even wrote the company and they gave me a $50 gift card in the mail, that's how they handled that.

They do have some nice products, but their phone staff is clueless and the company appears extremely disorganized. If you have seen what you want in person before and can order it online or go to a store, you'll be fine, but if you might require any type of customer service after the fact or need to interact meaningfully with an employee, BEWARE!!
