Paragon Flooring is managed and owned by Andrew Ellis. First, I never write anything ?good? for doing your job (and quick when someone is bad). However, Andrew and his team were some of the best contractors I have seen work! They were professional, good craftsmanship, and took the time (contracted or not) to do the job right. Andrew was spot on his quote, timing and scheduling. On the last day, I came home to find Andrew painting a baseboard. Since I painted them, I asked ?did I miss a spot?? He replied ?I underestimated the number of baseboards, so I went to Home Depot and picked it up and I?m painting it for installation later today.? There was NO EXTRA CHARGE or excuses? Andrew (just) did the right thing. We get compliments all the time on our new hardwood floors. There is no question ? I would use Andrew Ellis again. PS. I looked all over the typical sites, and I couldn?t find anything (good or bad) posted (nothing!). I checked his Contractor Lic. and everything was ok. ?nuff said. ;-)
Description of Work: He provided the flooring material, baseboards, and installation materials. He removed 3 different types of flooring, prep'd the floor, and installed the new hardwood floor. His service included moving some furniture out of the way and covering up furniture to avoid dust/dirt.
