The repair person (the owner) showed up within two hours of my call. He fixed the clog in under an hour and cleaned up the mess. The price was reasonable for "emergency work".

I was satisfied with the quality of the installation, but I had a problem with the bill. I wrote a letter to the owner and I was contacted quickly. The owner reviewed my concern and determined that I was due a refund. I was happy with the decision and amount offered.
It seems a good idea to interact with the business owner before writing a review. They deserve a chance to correct any problems.
I'm not sure if I will use Mr. Rooter again, but it depends on the project.

Cleaned the line a few weeks ago but price was outrages except I was told it would be warranted for 30 days. Had them come out a 2nd time a few days ago and cleared the problem. It backed up again today and was told they would have to charge me since they made a warranty call. One warranty cal is not a 30 day guaranty. After a stern phone call they opted to come out once more. I will be locating another plumbing service and am done done done with these jokers. If it backs up again and they do not repair I will sue, if this happens I will followup on my review.

Price seemed high for that service. I used a different service to redo drains. Estimates for that correction from Rooter and the other plumber were comparable.

I called on Thursday for a Saturday appointment. Turned out the person who took my information (Melanie) wrote down my contact number improperly and when they tried to call to say they would be late they were unable to reach me and then just cancelled the appointment. Provider should have confirmed my contact information rather than making too much emphasis on taking it quickly. Simply because they had the wrong number it is not like my house in the past 3 days moved.

We had a problem with our toilet. I contacted Mr Rooter by email. They responded quickly to set up an appointment later that afternoon. The plumber was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. The price was a little high but overall it was worth it.

I contacted the company mid afternoon on a Sunday expecting to schedule an appointment later in the week. A plumber was sent over within two hours that day and he had the problem fixed in under an hour's work time. We were pleased with the quality of the work and the price was reasonable.

The toilet overflowed on Friday night about 5pm. I called Mr Rooter of San Joaquin and he had someone there by 5:30 or 6. He drained the toilet and the bathtub. He also told me to call the city to have them check and make sure there was not a blockage in the main sewer. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.

The Mr Rooter company was quick to pick up the phone and they were available when we needed them. Alfonso called us because he was in advance to know if he could come earlier. He gave us an estimate before performing the repairs. He was quick, efficient, and he took the time to explain to us what he was doing. We were a little disappointed that he couldn't hook up the dishwasher, but it needed to be hard wired by an electrician. He also started our water heater for us since we had just moved in as a complementary service. He modified the billing price since he could not install the dishwasher. He took the time to show us the connection kit we would need. We will definitely use them again.

My renter called me up at 7 on a Sunday evening, his sewers got blocked up, I called Mr. Rooter Of San Joaquin and he got right to it. They are usually there within an hour or two but they are pricey. However, if one wants to someone to come out right then one has to pay for that service. The price to unplug my drain was too steep.

Services were from the Modesto Branch. The recptionist was very polite. They sent a picture of the plumber who was to perform the work ahead of time so I would know who to expect, especially handy since this occured at night. The service man came right on time and it took approximately one hour to unclog the drain that my husband had stuffed with a pork chop. The serviceman was very polite professional, pleasant, even answered my plumbing questions after the work was complete. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LOOKED AT THE PIPE TWICE AND DID NOTHING. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO TELL ME THE PIPES WERE RUSTED. I AM ELDERLY AND COULD NOT GET UNDER THERE TO SEE FOR MYSELF. I FEEL THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.
