Hugo was great.
We met him at another home in our Manteca neighborhood that he was selling.
He came to our home, and helped us maximize our sale price.
Hugo has a strong marketing background.  He helped us get our home ready to show, and created a very professional listing.  Then he put it on multiple MLS systems and advertised our home on the Internet.
Within 3 weeks, he negotiated a GREAT price for us.
And the closing process is the easiest we have ever been through (and we have been through many).
He is accessible, thorough, follows up very well.
