I used Ken Goetz once before to renovate my kitchen and he did an excellent job. I subsequently hired him again after obtaining two other estimates for the same bathroom renovation. All bids were within $500 of each other. Ken?s bid was right in the middle. Complete gutted old bathroom down to the wall studs. Re-piped plumbing and upgraded/rerouted electrical. Installed cultured granite shower. Tile floor and installed cabinets and other fixtures. Surprises After completion, I noticed water leaking into my downstairs closet. It seems that after installation of the new upstairs bathroom plumbing, the sub contractor did not verify that the toilet flange was properly glued into place (this was probably not glued on the original bathroom built in 1977 but there was no indications of leaks before that time). The sub-contractor fixed the leak but did not fix the damaged caused by the leak and charge me for his work. Needless to say, I was unimpressed by his intial plumbing as I would have checked for leaks when I conducted the initial work.

As usual, Ken and his crew performed the work per the contract. Everything was done properly and professionally. Ken and crew cleaned up after each days' work.
