The work was quickly completed and I paid in full on the day of service. The house was being remodeled and the general contractor indicated the correct termite work wasn't done. Within the month I had to pay another termite company $1,800 to re-do the work correctly. That company described the Giant Jims work as "useless". Despite double paying and getting shoddy work, I did not complain or post a negative review. Four months later, I get a nasty e-mail saying they are taking me to a collection agency because I never paid! Fortunately, I had the receipt and the cancelled check which I sent to them. No word of apology. Bad work and bad customer service. Don't use.
