From customer service to taking care of add'l fixes Firestone rates #1 with me! Danny the CS person did a professional, informative, outstanding job from start to finish. I dropped my car off on Tuesday they said they would see me on Saturday, they call with a completed repair on THURSDAY!! Their mechanics are well educated and are do an excellent job of keeping Danny (CS) informed of each stage and he does a fantastic job of keeping me informed! The repair went well I paid a fair price and they even threw in a few extras! I highly recommend Firestone Tire and Brake Pro's.
