MIKE WAS VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND FAST TO RESPOND TO MY NEEDS. WE CALLED, AND HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. HE INSTALLED THE NEW WATER HEATER AND STRAPPED IT TO THE WALL. WE GOT HIS NAME FROM A FRIEND WHO RECOMMENDED HIS COMPANY. GREAT JOB.
