Chris did not provide a contract but I was referred to him and told he eas a man of integrity, so I trusted him to do the work. He left my house a wreck!! He demanded a huge deposit and left the project unfinished. I've since learned this is his scam. And he will take advantage of you I given the chance.

Overall, the jobs went extremely well. Chris Karonovich is a highly skilled and professional contractor who listens carefully to his customers and flexibly adjusts his efforts according to their needs/goals. He typically offers his opinion only when asked, and does not press issues unless plans are unworkable. He is punctual, keeps clients informed about changes, and works hard to minimize disruptions. We plan to hire Chris for future remodeling and construction projects.
