BARBOSA CABINETS INC

For cabinet making I have used Barbosa Cabinets. They offer a wide selection of products, all custom made cabinets. They give you exactly what you want and they have a wide variety. The prices are very good.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor for a kitchen upgrade. The initial consultation was good although I had to provide a 30% down payment before they would measure. The initial cabinets were delivered on-time, but the boxes were made from press-board and not solid wood as per the contract. All initial attempts to get a hold of the sales person from Barbosa proved fruitless. The prime contractor was finally able to get Barbosa to replace the cabinets about 10 days later, but the quality was only a 4-5 on a scale of 1-10, definitely not worth the $14,000 price. Barbosa responded three times to make repairs to the installation, but there are still some problems with form and fit. These problems had to be addressed by the prime contractor. I am still not impressed by the quality of the fronts and doors.
