At Ease Home Inspections

I got a return phone call in about 15 minutes and Chuck made time to come by the next day.  Chuck was very professional and offered us advise with the cracking we are experiencing.  He was very through in his review.  I was extremely pleased with his service.

Chuck was awesome from start to finish.  He was flexible with his schedule to accommodate both our and the current homeowners' schedule.  When we arrived, he had already begun his inspection (as expected).  He mentioned that he had a routine and would finish that first and then go back through everything with us.  I found that comforting as he would be less likely to miss something.  He made us feel welcome to come along with him as he completed his routine, and then he took us through room by room, explaining what he was looking for, what he found, and what he didn't find.  He checked EVERYTHING from top to bottom.  He pointed out little things that I certainly wouldn't have noticed.  I liked that he also pointed out where he expected to find something and didn't.  He said that the house had fewer issues than some new construction houses he had inspected.  He took both me and my husband around, explained things to us (without talking down to us), and was happy to answer our questions.  When the inspection was over, we received a discount for paying cash (nice!).  The written report we received following was very detailed (26 pages, with photos!).  I very much appreciated his service, and would recommend him highly to anyone in need of an inspection.
