Service is average. The company is not very customer focused and does not advise customers of changes in service. Unresponsive to inquiries and customer service over the phone not professional - sometimes rude.

Service is performed every week during the swimming season and every other week in fall/winter. We sometimes (but not often) see the service tech, but he's never here very long. In and out in minutes. If we have algae, it is always treated without us asking, and the tech leaves us a note indicating he treated for algae and that we should leave the pump running to circulate the treatment.

Excellent - we love Chris and Paul the two people who service our pool. They are professional thorough and very reasonable and dependable. A++++
