the owner is young and does not have good customer service skills and good business sense when dealing with billing issues.  His work is no better or worse than most in his trade.  It is a positive that he dons a uniform and name badges.  I hope he is able to reign in immature impulses and learn how to properly assess how to deal with customers.  Overall experience was a D because of the voicemails and text/emails.  On the service alone C for average in the trade -- especially when you leave a dirt/water line on the concrete patio because you did not properly rinse it off when you were done with a project.
