After speaking to Andrew, the owner, on the phone for a preliminary diagnosis, I dropped off my computer to Andrew, signed a contract, and waited for only an about an hour before I received a phone call which confirmed the initial diagnosis. Andrew e-mailed me a link, and I ordered a new hard drive from Amazon and had them deliver it to Andrew, on a Sunday. Andrew replaced the defective hard drive, dusted out, and 'tuned up' (my wording) my computer. A few hours after it was delivered, he completed the job, and I picked up my computer. He did a much better job than another Tracy repair service did on my laptop, for a little less money, and much quicker than the other repair shop. And Andrew kept me well informed of every step of the process, and gave me his opinions regarding the pros and cons of the various replacement hard drives available to replace the defective one.
My desktop now works like it was new again. Andrew gets my vote of confidence, and my future business. THIS REVIEW REGARDS DESKTOP COMPUTERS, not laptop computers.
