We were very pleased - far better than those guys at the big box store. In fact, when he delivered the repaired computer, he helped me figure out a virus issue and gave me some helpful advice. I will use him again if I have any issues.

I THINK HE IS VERY POLITE AND CLEAN. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WAS COMING. HE CAME ON TIME AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR HIM TO COME. HE CAME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, LIKE 5 DAYS.
