We've used him for about five years now. He is always very responsive and very reasonable. He worked with me to fabricate a couple of things. We designed a gate together. He is just the greatest guy. Each project is consistently done about $200 under any other bid. Consistently, $200 to $300 cheaper than other people. The thing is he quoted me $300 on the mirror and he only ended up charging me $175. He is responsive, generous, creative with a real eye to quality. His prices are reasonable. The work turned out awesome. I still look at those projects and other stuff he has done around here everyday and am thankful we got him because I've had bad contractors before. He is just a reasonable approachable nice person.
